Foot massage can be a lot of fun if we use rollers. It will be sufficient just to move your foot on the roller, pressing the foot to massage the numerous muscles on the foot and to reduce tension. Massaging the toes and the area between the toes additionally relaxes our feet. Foot massage may have a long-term positive effect on the entire body. It increases foot flexibility and its functions and reduces tension that may affect other muscle tissues in the body and/or cause inflammation processes.
